Why does it cost so much? 

More components and better technology leads to higher costs. If the construction is heavy duty, and the technology is much more complicated, then it is more expensive.

The more machine, the more the cost. But quality control is also a big factor. Most vaporizers are hand assembled in relatively small quantities. The purer an higher grade the materials used, the greater the cost.  Great vaporizers are clean throughout and offer a good experience.

So, high quality vaporizers also use higher quality parts. When you buy the lesser cost models the trade-off is also quality control. And, with vaporizers the quality control is critical because you need clean and reliable materials and construction. A key factor is the materials and the quality of materials and construction. The best vaporizers have much better reliability AND cleaner, more consistent materials and components. ALL of the top quality vaporizers and diffusers are relatively expensive because they use expensive materials and expensive quality control, and they are hand made in relatively small qualities.

 
Does the Manufacturer Stand Behind the Product?

If the manufacturer stands behind the product, that's an indicator of better quality control. If the manufacturer is not responsible for what happens with the product, then they won't have as much concern for the safety and reliability of the product.

All the manufacturers make stuff overseas or buy parts from suppliers that buy stuff from overseas. With some vaporizers, however, there is not much of a Company apparatus standing behind the product. When you buy with us, you have our guarantees in addition to  Company that stands behind its product. 


What happens in the event of guarantee or repair?

You can send vaporizers to us for warranty repair. In most cases, you should contact us first because some companies require Return Merchandise Authorization forms. 1-800-659-8731. In the event you want to return your product, you should send the product back to us.

Warranties do not cover damage. If the unit is damaged, you have to pay for repairs.


Can I also subsequently order individual parts?

Yes, of course. We sell parts for many types of vaporizers.


Which parts are subject to wear and tear?
